About modification of some orders of the Government

The government DECIDES:

1. In the Order of the Government No. 845/2009 about territorial bureaus of the State office (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2009, Art. No. 189-190, 923), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes:

1) appendix No. 1:

a) in Item 8:

in the subitem b) after the words "bodies of local public authority" to add with the text "public organizations or their territorial subdivisions in which the ministries or other central administrative authorities have the status of the founder,";

subitems е) and f) recognize invalid;

the subitem h) to state in the following edition:

"h) monitoring of execution by bodies of local public authority of the powers delegated and which are carried out by them on behalf of the state with informing the State office and subjects of control of feasibility";

b) 1) of Item 9 to add the subitem with the letter f-1) of the following content:

"f-1) to cooperate with territorial subdivisions of public organizations in which the ministries and other central administrative authorities have the status of the founder, to perform monitoring of order of interaction of these divisions with bodies of local public authority, and in case of detection of problems, to notify the State office, founders and heads of these organizations";

c) add Item 12 with the subitem and-1) the following content:

"and-1) to perform monitoring of order of interaction of public organizations or their territorial subdivisions from the radius of activities of Bureau in which the ministries or other central administrative authorities have the status of the founder, with bodies of local public authority";

d) add Item 13 with the subitem of b-1) of the following content:

"b-1) provides monitoring of order of interaction of public organizations or their territorial subdivisions from the radius of activities of Bureau in which the ministries or other central administrative authorities have the status of the founder, with bodies of local public authority";
