About modification of the Order of the Government No. 1387/2007 about approval of the Single program of compulsory medical insurance

Based on part (1) article 2 of the Law on compulsory medical insurance No. 1585/1998 (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 1998, Art. No. 38-39, 280), with subsequent changes, DECIDES: the Government

In the Single program of compulsory medical insurance approved by the Order of the Government No. 1387/2007 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2007, Art. No. 198-202, 1443), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes:

1) in Item 14:

1) to add the subitem with letter o) the following content:

"o) annual complex assessment of the state of health of elderly persons for early detection of the diseases requiring complex care for the purpose of promotion of healthy aging";

in the subitem 2):

letter e) to state in the following edition:

"e) purpose of drug and gigiyenodiyetichesky treatment, including the compensated medicines, with personal participation or without it, and medical products according to the provision approved by the Government and regulations of the Ministry of Health, work and social protection, and also providing adults and children with medical products and consumable materials for determination of glycemia and the hidden blood";

add with letter m) the following content:

"m) rendering the services oriented to the decision on special problems of elderly persons in long-term leaving, with paying of special attention to specific services in steady treatment of chronic diseases, rehabilitation (kinetoterapiya, physical therapy)";

Item 16 to add 2) with letters s) and t) the following content:

"s) rendering complex medical services to elderly persons according to provisions of regulations;
