About modification of the Labor code of the Republic of Armenia

Article 1. To state Article 33 of the Labor code of the Republic of Armenia of November 9, 2004 (further – the Code) in the following edition:
"Article 33. State control of the labor law
The state control over the implementation by employers of requirements of the labor law, other regulatory legal acts containing regulations of labor right, collective and employment contracts performs authorized inspection body of the sphere (further – authorized body), applying in the responsibility measure cases provided by the law.".
