About change of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus

For the purpose of enhancement of system operation of electronic collection of fare on paid highways I decide:

1. Make changes to the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of September 27, 2012 No. 426 "About single questions of functioning of system of electronic collection of fare of vehicles on certain roads of the Republic of Belarus" (appendix).

2. To Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus:

till April 15, 2020 to provide reduction of acts of the legislation in compliance with this Decree and to take other measures for its realization;

in case of the conclusion of the supplementary agreement to the investment contract between the Republic of Belarus and the Kapsch TrafficCom AG company (Republic of Austria) to provide expansion of functionality of system of electronic collection of fare on paid highways due to implementation of the technologies allowing their users remotely (without addressing in service point) to bring such payment for the period during which they have the right to perform use of these roads.

3. This Decree becomes effective in the following procedure:

paragraphs the second or fourth Item 2, paragraphs the eleventh, the twelfth, eighteenth and twentieth Item 3 appendices - since May 1, 2020;

paragraphs the third or tenth, thirteenth and sixteenth Item 3 appendices - since December 15, 2020;

other provisions of this Decree - after its official publication.
