1. Add subitem 7.1.13 of Item 7 of the Decision of the Commission of the Customs union of November 27, 2009 with No. 130 "On single customs and tariff regulation of the Eurasian Economic Union" the paragraph of the following content:

"The civilian passenger airliners of subsubline item of 8802 40 003 5 CN FEA EEU imported into the period from January 1, 2024 to December 31, 2025 inclusive on customs area of the Eurasian Economic Union for the purpose of their use within the territory of state member of the Eurasian Economic Union in which import of these goods, and also for transportations between the territories of state members and (or) for international carriages is performed.".
