Council of the Eurasian economic commission DECIDED:
1. In the technical regulation of the Customs union "About requirements to automobile and aviation gasoline, diesel and ship fuel, fuel for jet engines and to fuel oil" (TR CU 013/2011) accepted by the Decision of the Commission of the Customs union of October 18, 2011 No. 826 (further - the technical regulation) to make the following changes:
a) the fourth Item 3.2 to state the paragraph in the following edition:
"In case of retail sale of automobile gasoline and diesel fuel information on the name, fuel brand, including on ecological class, shall be placed in the places available to consumers. On the fuel and distributing equipment takes place and in cash register receipts information on fuel brand is reflected".
b) in paragraph one of Item 4.5 of the word "Till January 1, 2014" shall be replaced with words "Till January 1, 2018 in the Kyrgyz Republic and".
c) in Item 7.3:
in paragraph one after the words "In the Territory" to add with words "The Kyrgyz Republic and", shall be replaced with words the words "since January 1, 2016" "since January 1, 2018";
after the paragraph of third to add with the paragraph of the following content:
"The Republic of Armenia - till December 31, 2016;";
in paragraph five of the word "till December 31, 2015" shall be replaced with words "till December 31, 2017";
after the paragraph of the fifth to add with the paragraph of the following content:
"The Kyrgyz Republic - till December 31, 2017;";
after the paragraph of the seventh to add with the paragraph of the following content:
"The Republic of Armenia - till December 31, 2016;";
in paragraph nine of the word "till December 31, 2015" shall be replaced with words "till July 1, 2016";
