Bring in the Federal Law of December 29, 2012 No. 273-FZ "About education in the Russian Federation" (The Russian Federation Code, 2012, No. 53, Art. 7598; 2013, No. 23, Art. 2878; 2014, No. 22, Art. 2769; No. 23, Art. 2933; 2019, No. 30, Art. 4134; No. 49, Art. 6962, 6970; No. 52, Art. 7833) following changes:

The word "organization" to replace 1) in Item 15.1 of part 3 of Article 28 with the word "carrying out", to replace the word of "organization" with the word "carrying out";

Part 3 of article 67 after the word "state" to add 2) with the words "educational organizations of subjects of the Russian Federation";

3) in Article 88:

a) add with part 1.1 following of content:

"1.1. For training in specialized structural educational division of foreign institution of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation in the main general education programs along with persons specified regarding 1 this Article other persons according to the decision of the head of foreign institution of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation approved with central office of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation can be accepted on free basis. Citizens of the Russian Federation are granted the privilege in case of acceptance to training in the specified general education programs.";

b) recognize part 3 invalid;

c) add part 5 with Item 1.1 of the following content:

"1. 1) is established according to this Federal Law and other regulatory legal acts of the Russian Federation by procedure and conditions of acceptance in these divisions;".
