1. Bring in the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of April 6, 2005 No. 310 "Some questions of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan" (SAPP of the Republic of Kazakhstan, 2005, No. 14, the Art. 168) the following changes and amendments:
in Regulations on the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan approved by the specified resolution:

add with subitems 33-1) and 33-2) of the following content:
"33-1) develops and approves rules of compensation to physical persons and legal entities of costs for bookmark and cultivation of the destroyed fruit and berry cultures infected with bacterial burn of fruit;
33-2) develops and approves rules of carrying out the analysis of phytosanitary risk;";
add with subitems 34-1) and 34-2) of the following content:
"34-1) develops and approves the list of quarantine objects and alien types in relation to which actions for localization and liquidation of the centers of distribution are performed at the expense of budgetary funds;
34-2) develops and approves the list of harmful organisms, fight against which is performed at the expense of budgetary funds, and procedure for holding phytosanitary actions;";
35) and 36) to state subitems in the following edition:
"Develops 35) and approves procedure for creation and stock holding of pesticides for holding actions for quarantine of plants;
