1. Bring in the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of June 6, 2014 No. 548 "About approval of the Regulations on the state assay supervision in the Republic of Belarus and recognition voided resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus" the following changes:
to state preamble and Item 1 in the following edition:
"In pursuance of article 2 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of December 12, 2013 "About modification and amendments in the Law of the Republic of Belarus "About precious metals and gemstones" the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES: No. 93-Z
1. Approve Regulations on the state assay supervision in the Republic of Belarus it (is applied).";
in Regulations on the state assay supervision in the Republic of Belarus approved by this resolution:
state Item 1 in the following edition:
"1. This Provision developed according to the Law of the Republic of Belarus of June 21, 2002 No. 110-Z "About precious metals and gemstones" determines procedure of the state assay supervision in the Republic of Belarus.";
in Item 3:
to exclude from subitems 3.2 and 3.6 of the word "Republic of Belarus";
to state the paragraph of the sixth of subitem 3.3 in the following edition:
"production of assay reactants for needs of the legal entities and individual entrepreneurs performing activities with precious metals and gemstones;".
2. This resolution becomes effective after its official publication.
