About modification of the Law "About Aircraft"

Article 1. "About aircraft" to state part 6 of article 7 of the Law of February 22, 2007 to ZR-81-N in the following edition:

"6. Financing of the programs and expenses performed by Committee is performed at the expense of the government budget or other means which are not prohibited by the legislation.".

Article 2. The extrabudgetary funds which are available on the off-budget account of Committee at the time of entry into force of this Law are enlisted in the government budget as free remaining balance.

Article 3. This Law becomes effective for the tenth day after its official publication. The off-budget programs, actions performed by the extrabudgetary funds opened according to the procedure, established by the law before entry into force of this Law and to consider the provided by the government budget of the Republic of Armenia for 2019, related income and expenses appropriate programs, actions, the income and expenses of the government budget of the Republic of Armenia for 2019.

At the same time expenses are financed by the means provided by this Article only within the corresponding entrances and at their expense.
