1. Add with Articles 1.0.9-1-1.0.9-2 of the following content:
"1.0.9-1. the operator of activities for international carriages of passengers and loads road transport (further - the operator) - the legal entity or physical person registered by relevant organ of the executive authority, performing international carriages of passengers and loads road transport, answering to the criteria connected with goodwill, financial condition and working experience and also requirements for level of training of the driver (drivers);
1.0.9-2. the responsible person of the operator - physical person, actually and regularly managing based on the agreement transport activities of the operator, including answering to the criteria connected with working experience;".
2. In Article 50.1 after the words "in compliance" to add with words "operator" and to add with the second offer of the following content:
"The operator shall answer the criteria connected with goodwill, financial condition and working experience, and the driver (drivers) of the operator - to requirements for level of training.".
3. In Article 50.4 "carriers" shall be replaced with words the word "carriers".
4. State Article 50.5 in the following edition:
