About introduction of amendments to some laws of Ukraine concerning prevention and counteraction of political corruption

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

I. Make changes to such laws of Ukraine:

1. In the Law of Ukraine "About political parties in Ukraine" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2001, No. 23, Art. 118 with subsequent changes):

Items 8-1 and 8-2 of Article 8 to state 1) in the following edition:

"8-1) procedures of inner-party financial audit, and also procedure for education (position assignment and dismissal from position), powers and term of office of the bodies or officials responsible for implementation of such audit;

8-2) procedure for involvement of auditing firm for carrying out external substantive audit of the financial reporting";

2) in Article 14:

the fourth to state part in the following edition:

"Contribution to support of political party are money or other property, benefits, privileges, services, loans (credits), intangible assets, any other benefits of intangible or non-cash nature, including the membership fees of members of political party, sponsorship by the third parties of actions or other activities in support of batch, the goods, works, the services provided or received gratuitously or on favorable terms (at the price below market value of identical or similar works, goods and services in the corresponding market) received by political party, its local organization which in accordance with the established procedure acquired the status of the legal entity";

in part five of the word "connected persons" to exclude;

in the last offer of part six of the word "And" to exclude Audit Chamber;

the eighth and ninth to state parts in the following edition:

"The money deposit in support of political party is performed by physical person personally or the legal entity by transfer of the amount of fee to the corresponding bank account.

If the money contribution is performed by physical person, then the method of making of banking activity elected by him shall provide possibility of identification of this physical person";
