About modification of article 13 of the Law of Ukraine "About the status of veterans of war, guarantees of their social protection" concerning strengthening of social protection of separate categories of persons with disability owing to war
The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:
I. "About the status of veterans of war, guarantees of their social protection" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 1993, No. 45, Art. 425 with subsequent changes) to add part one of article 13 of the Law of Ukraine with Item 12-1 of the following content:
"12-1) medical care in healthcare institutions of the Ministry of Defence of Ukraine, the Security Service of Ukraine, Service of foreign intelligence of Ukraine, Public service of special communication and information security of Ukraine, the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine, other central executive bodies which according to the law perform management of military forming, to persons determined by Items 7, 11 - 14 parts two of article 7 of this Law, without payment of such help from her receiver and according to the procedure, determined by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine".
II. Final and transitional provisions
1. This Law becomes effective from the date of, its publication following behind day, and becomes effective since January 1, 2021.
2. To the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine before enforcement of this Law:
bring the regulatory legal acts into accord with this Law;
provide reduction by the ministries and other central executive bodies of their regulatory legal acts in compliance with this Law;
provide adoption of the regulatory legal acts necessary for realization of provisions of this Law.
3. To the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine to provide provision of services by healthcare institutions, to stipulated in Item 12-1 part one of article 13 of the Law of Ukraine "About the status of veterans of war, guarantees of their social protection", within their estimates.
