"a) the technical regulation of the Customs union "About safety of the low-voltage equipment" and the technical regulation of the Eurasian Economic Union "About restriction of use of dangerous substances in products of electrical equipment and radio electronics" it is performed:
Federal Service for the Oversight of Consumer Protection and Welfare concerning the low-voltage equipment, and also the products of electrical equipment and radio electronics realized only for personal, the family, house and other not connected with implementation of business activity needs of consumers;
Federal Agency for Technical Regulation and Metrology concerning the low-voltage equipment, and also the products of electrical equipment and radio electronics realized not for needs of consumers;";
b) state the subitem "i" in the following edition:
"i) technical regulations of the Eurasian Economic Union "Requirements to the liquefied hydrocarbon gases for their use in fuel quality", "About safety of the oil prepared for transportation and (or) use" "About safety of the natural combustible gas prepared for transportation and (or) use" it is performed by Federal Agency for Technical Regulation and Metrology.".
