In the third paragraph of subitem 2.2.5 "Provisions on National system of certification" approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic of July 1, 1993 No. 343, of the word of "The state committee on standardization, metrology and the patent" shall be replaced with words "The state agency of anti-monopoly and control of the consumer markets".
2. In part "Members of the commission" of the "Structure of cross-industry commission of experts on control cash registers" approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic of June 12, 1995 No. 138, of the word "head of department of metrology of the State committee of the Azerbaijan Republic on standardization, metrology and patent" shall be replaced with words "the head of department of the State agency of anti-monopoly and control of the consumer markets of the Azerbaijan Republic".
