About modification and amendments in the Law "About Police"

Article 1. Of April 16, 2001 "About Police" (further – the Law) the words "and for rendering services on contractual basis-from the means received from the organizations and citizens and also off-budget fund" to exclude ZR-177 from article 40 of the Law.

Article 2. Add the law with Article 40.1 of the following content:

"Article 40.1. The penalties collected for administrative offenses, and the payments levied for services

1. The penalties collected for the administrative offenses applied by police and also payments for the services rendered by police including on contractual basis, go to the government budget of the Republic of Armenia. The amount of the payments levied by police for rendering services on contractual basis is established by the Government.

2. The amount of the payments levied for safety of traffic on contractual basis during sports, the cultural and other not prohibited by the law mass actions (except the actions performed by charitable and state bodies), for provision having great demand, and also desired accounting registration plates of vehicles, content of the vehicle arrested in the special territory, for registration of the vehicle in the place chosen by the owner (authorized person) outside the place of accounting of the vehicle the Government establishes.

3. In the government budget of the Republic of Armenia it is levied:

1) registration of the vehicle – 5000 dram;

2) for acceptance of practice examination for receipt of the certificate of the right of vehicle control – 10.000 dram;

3) for permission to re-equipment of vehicles – 10.000 dram;

4) for issue of the accounting coupon on the vehicle of new release (made in this year) – 1000 dram.".

Article 3. To recognize article 41 of the Law invalid.

Article 4. The extrabudgetary funds which are available at the time of entry into force of this Law on off-budget accounts are enlisted in the government budget of the Republic of Armenia as free remaining balance.
