1. Bring in the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of June 20, 2013 No. 504 "About some questions of environmental protection and environmental management" the following changes:
state preamble in the following edition:
"Based on paragraphs of the eighth and twentieth of article 9 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of November 26, 1992 "About environmental protection" the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES: No. 1982-XII";
state Item 1 in the following edition:
"1. Approve:
The regulations on procedure for activities of public ecologists (are applied);
The regulations on procedure for sampling and carrying out measurements in the field of environmental protection (are applied).";
