Based on Item 5 of Article 17 and Item 6 of article 103 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of November 26, 1992 "About environmental protection" the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES: No. 1982-XII
1. Approve:
The regulations on procedure for activities of public ecologists (are applied);
The regulations on procedure for sampling and carrying out measurements in the field of environmental protection (are applied).
2. Ceased to be valid according to the Resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of 27.04.2021 No. 252
3. Certificates of the public inspector of conservation are subject to exchange within two months from the date of entry into force of this resolution on the certificate of the public ecologist according to the statement of the public inspector of conservation submitted in corresponding regional (Minsk city) committee of natural resources and environmental protection.
4. To the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environmental Protection to approve procedure for the organization and carrying out republican tender on the best public ecologist.
5. This resolution becomes effective since July 26, 2013.
