Item 3 of part 1 of Article 12 to add 1) with words "and to report to the close relative (relative) or close person of the injured data on first-aid treatment or about the direction in the medical organization in the presence of data on it in perhaps short time, but no later than 24 hours from the moment of first-aid treatment or the direction in the medical organization";

2) in Article 14:
