Bring in the Federal Law of April 30, 1999 No. 82-FZ "About guarantees of the rights of indigenous ethnic groups of the Russian Federation" (The Russian Federation Code, 1999, No. 18, Art. 2208; 2004, No. 35, Art. 3607; 2007, No. 27, Art. 3213; 2008, No. 20, Art. 2251; 2009, No. 1, Art. 17; No. 14, Art. 1575; 2015, No. 29, Art. 4382; 2018, No. 27, Art. 3947; 2019, No. 30, Art. 4136) following changes:
1) in Item 1 of Article 1:
a) state paragraph two in the following edition:
"The single list of indigenous ethnic groups of the Russian Federation affirms the Government of the Russian Federation according to the offer of the federal executive body performing functions on development and realization of the state national policy and normative legal regulation in the field of the state national policy (further - authorized body), based on representations of management officials of subjects of the Russian Federation (heads of the supreme executive bodies of the government of subjects of the Russian Federation) in which territories these people live.";
b) in paragraph three of the word "State Council of the Republic of Dagestan" shall be replaced with words "the management official of the Republic of Dagestan (the head of the supreme executive body of the government of the Republic of Dagestan) taking into account provisions of paragraph one of this Item";
To add 2) with Article 7.1 of the following content:
"Article 7.1. Accounting of persons belonging to the small people
1. The authorized body performs accounting of persons belonging to the small people and creates the list of persons belonging to the small people (further - the list).
