For the purpose of providing Items 1.2 and 1.5 of the Presidential decree of the Azerbaijan Republic "About application of the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About modification of the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About trademarks and geographical instructions" of February 19, 2019" of April 5, 2019 No. 608, the Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic DECIDES: No. 1509-VQD
1. Bring in the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic "About approval of the Procedure for maintaining the State register of trademarks and the Procedure for maintaining the State register of geographical instructions" of August 30, 1999 No. 143 (Collection of the legislation of the Azerbaijan Republic, 1999, No. 8, Article 538; 2004, No. 3, Article 193; 2009, No. 1, Article 32, No. 9, Article 752; 2018, No. 12 (II book), Article 2735) following changes:
1.1. on the "Procedure for maintaining the State register of geographical instructions" approved by the specified resolution:
1.1.1. regarding 4 words "intellectual property" shall be replaced with words "intellectual property";
1.1.2. in the sixth paragraph of part 5 of the word "Agency of Intellectual Property" to replace with the word "Agency";
1.1.3. in the first paragraph of part 6 before the word "are applied" to add with the word of "(change)";
1.1.4. give part 7 in the following edition:
"7. All actions connected with entering of data into the register are carried out after sight the document confirming payment of the state fee established by the second, fourth or sixth paragraphs and the payment established by the third paragraph of part 6 of this Procedure.";
