About approval of the Procedure of control of observance of requirements of the legislation concerning issue of documents of allowing nature
On realization of part five of article 9 of the Law of Ukraine "About authorization system in the field of economic activity" and being guided by the Regulations on the State committee of Ukraine concerning regulatory policy and entrepreneurship approved by the Presidential decree of Ukraine of May 25, 2000 N721 (with changes), I ORDER:
1. Approve the Procedure of control of observance of requirements of the legislation concerning issue of documents of allowing nature (further - the Procedure) which is applied.
2. (Andreyev O. V.) in accordance with the established procedure to provide to department of authorization system provision of this order in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine for state registration.
3. To department of strategic planning, information support and interaction with the territories (Zheribor T. V.) provide the publication of this order in mass media.
4. To department of authorization system (Andreyev O. V.) and to Department of strategic planning, information support and interaction with the territories (Zheribor T. V.) after state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine to bring it to permission of structural divisions of central office Goskompredprimatelstva and his representations.
5. To impose control of execution of this order on the vice-chairman Igolkin S. M.
