1. Replace in Item 5.12 of "Rules of issue and use of the payment cards" approved by the Resolution of Board of the Central Bank of the Azerbaijan Republic of July 10, 2012 No. 16/3, of the word "in Chamber on Supervision of the Financial Markets of the Azerbaijan Republic" the words "in body of financial monitoring".
2. Cancel part of 1 Resolution of Board of the Central Bank of the Azerbaijan Republic of April 18, 2012 No. 8 "About approval "Rules of representation by participants of monitoring and other persons participating in monitoring, the data in Service of Financial Monitoring under the Central Bank of the Azerbaijan Republic".
3. Repeal the Resolution of Board of the Central Bank of the Azerbaijan Republic of October 23, 2015 No. 39 "About approval of "The simplified rules of identification and verification".
