in the Rules of accounting, storage, assessment and further use of the property turned (arrived) in property state on the separate bases, approved by the specified resolution:

"7. The property is transferred based on the act of the inventory, assessment and (or) reception-transmission of property in form according to appendix 1 to these rules. The act of the inventory, assessment and (or) reception-transmission of property (further - the statement of the inventory) is drawn up in quantity on number of the parties specified in it.
The act of the inventory contains data on identical and (or) homogeneous property with indication of the name of property, quantitative and qualitative indexes, and also unit of measure.
The property having the identical main signs, characteristic of them, belongs to identical property: physical characteristics.
Insignificant discrepancies in appearance are not the basis for non-recognition of property identical if for the rest this property conforms to requirements of this Item.
The property which, without being identical, has similar characteristics or consists of similar components that allows them to perform the same functions belongs to homogeneous property and to be interchangeable.
Do not carry the following property to identical or homogeneous property: real estate, vehicles, special equipment.
One act of the inventory contains no more than five names of the transferred property.";
