About approval of changes in some regulatory legal acts of Fund of guaranteeing household deposits

According to Item 10 parts one, to part four item 4 of Article 12, "About system of guaranteeing household deposits" the executive directorate of Fund of guaranteeing household deposits SOLVED parts one of article 31 of the Law of Ukraine:

1. Approve such which are applied:

Changes in the Rules of provision of the reporting by members of Fund of guaranteeing household deposits approved by the decision of executive directorate of Fund of guaranteeing household deposits of July 9, 2012 No. 4, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on July 27, 2012 for No. 1269/21581;

Changes in the Instruction about procedure for creation of the report on household deposits in members of Fund of guaranteeing household deposits - reporting No. 1F form, approved by the decision of executive directorate of Fund of guaranteeing household deposits of July 9, 2012 No. 5, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on August 2, 2012 for No. 1314/21626.

2. To provide to department of strategy and normative and methodological providing together with legal department submission of this decision to the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine for state registration.

3. This decision becomes effective from the date of, its official publication following behind day.

4. To provide to department of public relations and financial education placement of this decision on the official site of Fund of guaranteeing household deposits on the Internet after its state registration.

5. Control over the implementation of this decision to leave for the managing director.

Changes in Rules of provision of the reporting by members of Fund of guaranteeing household deposits

1. In Item 1 of the Section I:

to exclude the word of "forms";

replace the word "their" with the word "its".

2. In the Section II:

The word of "forms" to exclude 1) in the name of the Section;

 Item 1 after the word of "forms" to add 2) with words "/in the form of files";

 Items 2, 3 after the word of "forms" to add 3) with the word "/files";

4) item 4 after words of "forms" to add "forms" respectively with words "/files", "/each file";

 Item 5 to state 5) in the following edition:

"5. The reporting which moves in the form of electronic documents shall move through the web portal of Fund for the address https://report.fg.gov.ua or by e-mail of the National Bank of Ukraine in the type protected by means of information protection of the National Bank of Ukraine.";

6) in Item 6:

the paragraph one after words of "seal of bank" to add with words "(in the presence)";

third to state the paragraph in the following edition:

"In Fund the audit report by results of annual verification of the financial reporting of bank together with this reporting (original) is submitted. The audit report which is constituted according to requirements of the legislation of Ukraine, International standards of quality control, audit, the overview, other provision of confidence and the accompanying services shall contain information determined by Regulations on procedure for submission by the bank to the National Bank of Ukraine of the audit report by results of annual verification of the financial reporting approved by the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of August 02, 2018 No. 90.";

7) in Item 7:

in the paragraph the second words "the report are considered time and date" shall be replaced with words "the reporting time and its date are considered";

after paragraph two to add Item with the new paragraph third the following content:

"If the reporting is presented in the form of files of the reporting through the web portal of Fund for the address https://report.fg.gov.ua, the date of receipt specified on the web portal of Fund for the address https://report.fg.gov.ua is considered date of its representation.".

 Appendices 1, 2 to be reworded as follows 1) which are applied;

2) in appendix 3:

in the paragraph the second Item 1 of the Section I of the word and figure "forms No. 10 (monthly) - Turnover and balance balance of bank (shall be replaced with words the file 02 "Data on Turnovers and Account Balances)" also in figures "the file 02X "Data on Turnovers and Account Balances";

in item 4 of notes of the word and figures "forms No. 10 (monthly) "Turnover and balance balance of bank" (shall be replaced with words the file 02 "Data on Turnovers and Account Balances)" also in figures "the file 02X "Data on Turnovers and Account Balances";

in the text of appendix of figure "2605", "2625" to exclude;

 Appendix 4 to be reworded as follows 3) it (is applied);

4) in appendix 5:

in the paragraph the seventeenth "daily form No. 1D - Balance of bank" shall be replaced with words words and figure also in figures "the daily file 01X "Data on Account Balances";

to state the paragraph of the thirty sixth in the following edition:

"IL1v - the indicator of level of liquidity L1 (on all currencies);";

after the paragraph of the thirty sixth to add with the new paragraph the thirty seventh the following content:

"IL1i - the indicator of level of liquidity L1 (in foreign currency);".

With respect thereto paragraphs of the thirty seventh - to consider the fifty second respectively paragraphs the thirty eighth - fifty third;

in the text of appendix of figure "2605", "2625" to exclude;

5) in appendix 7:
