I. "About temporary measures for conducting anti-terrorist operation" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2014, No. 44, of Art. 2040 with subsequent changes) to add the law of Ukraine with Article 9-3 of such content:
"Article 9-3. Features of document creation which prove the identity and confirm citizenship of Ukraine, to citizens who live in the anti-terrorist operation zone and/or implementation of measures for ensuring national security and defense, repulse and control of the armed aggression of the Russian Federation in the Donetsk and Luhansk regions or moved from such zone during the corresponding transaction and/or implementation of the specified actions
Document creation which prove the identity and confirm citizenship of Ukraine, to citizens who live in the anti-terrorist operation zone and/or implementation of measures for ensuring national security and defense, repulse and control of the armed aggression of the Russian Federation in the Donetsk and Luhansk regions it is performed by the central executive body realizing state policy in the field of migration (immigration and emigration), in the place of the address of person or his legal representative of the authorized bodies performing the powers in the territory of the area in which anti-terrorist operation is performed and/or measures for ensuring national security and defense, repulse and control of the armed aggression of the Russian Federation in the Donetsk and Luhansk regions are performed.
Document creation which prove the identity and confirm citizenship of Ukraine, to citizens who moved from the anti-terrorist operation zone and/or implementation of measures for ensuring national security and defense, repulse and control of the armed aggression of the Russian Federation in the Donetsk and Luhansk regions it is performed by the central executive body realizing state policy in the field of migration (immigration and emigration), at the actual place of residence, stay of person.
