1. Bring in the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About questions of the State agency on regulation of fuel and energy complex under the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic" of November 14, 2014 No. 650 the following change:
in Regulations on the State agency on regulation of fuel and energy complex under the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic approved by the above-stated resolution:
- add Item 6 with the paragraph the twenty fourth the following content:
"-establishes payback period effective period for installations with use of the RES constructed outside quoting of capacities which owners do not apply for tariff preference on grace period;".
2. This resolution becomes effective after seven days from the date of official publication.
