3. To provide to the Ministry of Finance of the Kyrgyz Republic financing of the State agency on regulation of fuel and energy complex under the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic and to introduce in accordance with the established procedure the bill of entering of corresponding changes into the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the republican budget of the Kyrgyz Republic for 2014 and the forecast for 2015-2016".
