Article 1. Bring in the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "About Agency on the state financial control and fight against corruption of the Republic of Tajikistan" of March 20, 2008 (Akhbori of Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan, 2008, No. 3, Art. 193; 2009, No. 5, Art. 323; 2010, No. 3, Art. 154; 2011, No. 6, Art. 459; 2013, No. 7, Art. 517; 2014, No. 11, Art. 645; 2016, No. 3 of Art. 137; 2017, Art. No. 1-2, 10, Art. 11, Art. 12, No. 5, h 1, Art. 298) following changes and amendments:

1. Add with preamble of the following content:

"This Law determines legal status, system, structure and the organization of activities, the right and obligation, service in bodies of the Agency, the international legal cooperation, financial and material logistics of the Agency on the state financial control and fight against corruption of the Republic of Tajikistan.".

2. In Article 3:

- the paragraph one to state in the following edition:

"-realization of state policy in the direction of fight against corruption";

- in the paragraph the second words of "subjects of business activity" shall be replaced with words "business entities".

3. Regarding 3 articles 5 of figure "24" to replace with figures "12".

4. Add Article 6 with part 4 following of content:
