About recognition No. 1413 which voided the order of the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade of Ukraine of August 29, 2016
According to Item 8 of the Section II "Final provisions" of the Law of Ukraine of June 6, 2019 "About modification of some legal acts of Ukraine concerning implementation of acts of the European Union law in the field of technical regulation" I ORDER to No. 2740-VIII:
1. Declare invalid the order of the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade of Ukraine of August 29, 2016 No. 1413 "About approval of the Procedure for certification of auditors for metrology", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on September 16, 2016 for No. 1257/29387.
2. To submit to department of technical regulation this order in accordance with the established procedure on state registration to the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.
3. This order becomes effective along with entry into force of the subitem 6 of Item 13 of the Section I of the Law of Ukraine of June 6, 2019 No. 2740-VIII "About modification of some legal acts of Ukraine concerning implementation of acts of the European Union law in the field of technical regulation", but not earlier than day of its official publication.
4. To impose control of execution of this order on the deputy minister of development of economy, trade and agricultural industry of Ukraine according to distribution of functional obligations.
