About change of the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of December 28, 2006 No. 1737

Based on Item 2 of article 105 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of July 18, 2004 "About notariate and notarial activities" and in pursuance of paragraph two of article 5 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of May 4, 2019 No. 185-Z "About change of the laws concerning legal regulation of the housing relations" the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES: No. 305-Z

1. Bring in the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of December 28, 2006 No. 1737 "About approval of the list of documents according to which collection is made in indisputable procedure based on executive texts" the following changes:

1.1. add Item 1-1 with part of the following content:

"If debt collection according to the requirements based on the credit agreement, other agreement containing essential conditions of the credit agreement, penalty (penalty, penalty fee) is made in parts, then the claimant in the statement for making of executive text specifies data on the executive texts and (or) the issued court decrees made under this agreement with indication of the amounts and the periods of collection.";

1.2. in the list of documents according to which collection is made in the indisputable procedure based on executive texts approved by this resolution:

1.2.1. state Item 7 in the following edition:

"7. The documents establishing debt on the requirements based on the credit agreement, other agreement containing essential conditions of the credit agreement, penalty (penalty, penalty fee) in connection with such debt if its payment is stipulated by the legislation or the agreement.
