About change of presidential decrees of the Republic of Belarus

For the purpose of further enhancement of procedure of ministerial procedures I decide:

1. Make changes to presidential decrees of the Republic of Belarus (appendix).

2. In six-months time to provide to Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus reduction of acts of the legislation in compliance with this Decree.

3. This Decree becomes effective in the following procedure:

the provisions providing amendment of the list of the ministerial procedures performed by state bodies and other organizations for petitions from citizens, No. 200 approved by the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of April 26, 2010 (further - the list), Item 6. 10, - since January 1, 2020;

the provisions providing change of Item 15. 8, paragraph of the eighth of the column 4 of Item 15. 11, paragraph two of the column 4 of Item 15. 15, the paragraph of the fourth of the column 3 of Item 15.17 of the list, - in three months after official publication of this Decree - since May 2, 2020;

other provisions of this Decree - after its official publication.

The provisions providing amendment of the list Items 18.17 and 19.12-1, change of Items 11. 2, 11.5, 11.6, 12.12, 12.14, 13.1, 13.2, 13.5, 13.6, 15.4, 15.11, 15.14-15.16, 15.40, 18.1, 18.3, 18.6-18.9, 18.14, 18.16, 18.17-1, 18.24, 19.1-19.8, 19.10, 19.11, 19.13-19.17, 19.19 and 19.21 lists regarding reduction in compliance with the Tax code of the Republic of Belarus, and Item 3 appendices extend the action to the relations which arose since January 1, 2019.

The provisions providing change of Item 18.12 of the list and amendment of the list Item 18.12-1, extend the action to the relations which arose since January 8, 2019.

Before reduction of acts of the legislation in compliance with this Decree they are applied in the part which is not contradicting it.

The list of the changes made to presidential decrees of the Republic of Belarus

1. In the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of April 26, 2010 No. 200 "About the ministerial procedures performed by state bodies and other organizations for petitions from citizens":

add Item 1 with part of the following content:

"If the documents and (or) data necessary for implementation of ministerial procedure specified in the list can be received from the state information systems (resources), submission of these documents and (or) data is not required.";

in Item 2:

word in paragraph three "Items 1 and 3" shall be replaced with words "Item 1";

to state the paragraph of the sixth in the following edition:
