Being guided by Item 10 of part I of article 94 of the Constitution of the Azerbaijan Republic, for the purpose of approval of "Provision on the identity certificate of the seaman" approved by the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic of February 1, 2008 No. 541-IIIQ with the Migratory code of the Azerbaijan Republic Millie the Majlis of the Azerbaijan Republic DECIDES:
In the "Provision on the identity certificate of the seaman" approved by the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic of February 1, 2008 No. 541-IIIQ (Collection of the legislation of the Azerbaijan Republic, 2008, No. 3, Article 157, No. 10, Article 886; 2013, No. 7, Article 792) to make the following changes:
1. Add with Article 1-1 of the following content:
"1-1. The citizen leaving the country in private procedure for achievement of the vessel at which it works abroad when passing border control in addition to the identity certificate, shall submit the document certifying that it is part of crew of this vessel (the statement from the constituted ship list of the vessel).".
2. In Article 3 of the word "status of permanent residence" shall be replaced with words "residence permit".
3. State Article 11 in the following edition:
"11. If the right of person to departure from the country it is temporarily limited according to the circumstances specified in the Migratory code of the Azerbaijan Republic, then the decision of the relevant organ of the executive authority issuing the identity certificate, to the seaman refuses in certification of the personality.".
