About change of resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus
In pursuance of Item 5 of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of October 31, 2019 "About the taxation" the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES: No. 411
1. Make changes to the following resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus:
1.1. in Item 23.13 of the single list of the ministerial procedures performed by state bodies and other organizations concerning legal entities and individual entrepreneurs, the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus approved by the resolution of February 17, 2012 No. 156:
state the column "Name of Ministerial Procedure" in the following edition:
"23:13. Issue of the certificate of the operator of electronic document management (EDI provider) providing transfer and receipt of electronic waybills and also in the form of transport electronic documents (consignment) and (or) other documents confirming movement of goods when implementing mutual trade between state members of the Eurasian Economic Union";
add the column "The List of the Documents and (or) Data Represented by Interested Persons to Authorized Body for Implementation of Ministerial Procedure" with the paragraph of the following content:
"original and copy of the agreement with the State Customs Committee on provision to customs authorities of remote access to information system (systems) of electronic document management";
1.2. No. 599 "About some questions of creation of commodity-transport and consignment notes in the form of electronic documents" to exclude Item 1 of the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of July 9, 2013;
1.3. in Regulations on the activities procedure in the field of gaming on content of virtual gambling institution approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of March 1, 2019 No. 139:
