Realization by others, persons of tickets, subscriptions and excursion permits to the spectacular actions held by the organizations of performing arts and the museums which are not specified in parts four and the fifth article 52.1 of the Law of the Russian Federation of October 9, 1992 to No. 3612-1 "Bases of the legislation of the Russian Federation about culture" (except for single sale by the citizen of the ticket acquired by it for use for personal reasons, the subscription or the excursion permit at the price which is not exceeding the price specified in the ticket, the subscription or the excursion permit) -

attracts imposing of administrative penalty on citizens in the amount of polutorakratny to the double price specified in the ticket, the subscription or the excursion permit which were subject of administrative offense; on officials - from double to the triple price specified in the ticket, the subscription or the excursion permit which were subject of administrative offense; on persons performing business activity without formation of legal entity - from triple to the fivefold price specified in the ticket, the subscription or the excursion permit which were subject of administrative offense; on legal entities - from triple to the fivefold price specified in the ticket, the subscription or the excursion permit which were subject of administrative offense.

2. Implementation of tickets, subscriptions and excursion permits to the spectacular actions for the price exceeding the price specified in the ticket, the subscription or the excursion permit held by the organizations of performing arts and the museums -

attracts imposing of administrative penalty on citizens in the amount of polutorakratny to the double price specified in the ticket, the subscription or the excursion permit which were subject of administrative offense; on officials - from double to the triple price specified in the ticket, the subscription or the excursion permit which were subject of administrative offense; on persons performing business activity without formation of legal entity - from triple to the fivefold price specified in the ticket, the subscription or the excursion permit which were subject of administrative offense; on legal entities - from triple to the fivefold price specified in the ticket, the subscription or the excursion permit which were subject of administrative offense.

3. Implementation of tickets, subscriptions and excursion permits to the spectacular actions held by the state and municipal organizations of performing arts and the museums with rendering to the buyer the ticket, subscription or excursion permit of the accompanying services which total cost constitutes 10 and more percent of the price specified in the acquired ticket, the subscription or the excursion permit -

attracts imposing of administrative penalty on officials in the amount of polutorakratny to the double price specified in the ticket, the subscription or the excursion permit which were subject of administrative offense; on persons performing business activity without formation of legal entity - from double to the triple price specified in the ticket, the subscription or the excursion permit which were subject of administrative offense; on legal entities - from double to the triple price specified in the ticket, the subscription or the excursion permit which were subject of administrative offense.

For the purposes of this Article of concept "the organizations of performing arts", "spectacular actions", "the accompanying services" are used in the same value, as in article 36.2 of the Law of the Russian Federation of October 9, 1992 No. 3612-1 "Bases of the legislation of the Russian Federation about culture".";

4) part 1 of Article 23.1 after words "parts 3 and 4 of Article 14.4." To add 1, with words "Article 14.4. 3,";
