About modification and amendments in the Law "About Foreigners"

Article 1. "About foreigners" (further - the Law) to state the ninth paragraph of part 1 of article 3 of the Law of December 25, 2006 to ZR-47-N in the following edition:
"deportation - forced removal of the foreigner from the Republic of Armenia competent state body in the cases provided by this Law".
Article 2. To state part 2 of article 8 of the Law in the following edition:
"2. To the foreigner refuses in issue (prolongation of term) of the entrance visa, the issued entrance visa is considered invalid or entry into the Republic of Armenia is forbidden if he is condemned by the sentence which took legal effect on imprisonment for crime execution in the Republic of Armenia.
The authorized state body in the field of justice of the Republic of Armenia without delay reports to authorized state body in the field of police of the Republic of Armenia about the introduction in legal force of the court verdict of the Republic of Armenia about condemnation of the foreigner on imprisonment for initiation of proceedings about deportation according to the procedure, the stipulated in Clause 31 this Law.
In case of decision making about deportation because of condemnation of the foreigner on imprisonment by the sentence which took legal effect, entry of the foreigner into the Republic of Armenia is forbidden if in case of crime execution of small or average weight after execution of the decision on deportation which took legal effect there did not pass three years, in case of making of serious crime - five years, and in case of making of especially serious crime - eight years.
Provisions of this part do not extend to persons having the close relatives (the spouse, the child, the father, mother, the sister, the brother, the grandmother, the grandfather) living in the Republic of Armenia on legal causes and also on persons searched for crime execution in the territory of the Republic of Armenia.".
