Article 1. ZR-47-N "About foreigners" to add part 1 of article 23 of the Law of December 25, 2006 with the Item "r" of the following content:
"p) convicts or the arrested persons foreigners, and also foreigners who are beneficiaries of probation.".
Article 2. This Law becomes effective for the tenth day after its official publication.
