Article 1. Bring in the Law of the Republic of Belarus of July 19, 2005 No. 45-Z "About telecommunication" the following changes:
1. State Article 3 in the following edition:
"Article 3. Legal regulation of the relations in the field of telecommunication
The relations in the field of telecommunication are governed by this Law, other acts of the legislation, international treaties of the Republic of Belarus, and also the technical regulations of the Customs union, Eurasian Economic Union and other international legal acts constituting the right of the Eurasian Economic Union (further - the right of the Eurasian Economic Union).
If the international treaty of the Republic of Belarus establishes other rules, than those which contain in this Law then are applied rules of the international treaty.".
2. In Article part two 5, 16, Article parts one 21, parts three of Article 38 and part two of Article 41 of the word of "informatization of the Republic of Belarus" to replace Article parts four with the word "informatizations".
3. To add article 8 after the paragraph of the sixth with the paragraph of the following content:
"determines procedure of the international legal protection of radio-frequency assignments of the Republic of Belarus;".
4. In Article 9:
to exclude from the name of Article and paragraph one of the word "Republic of Belarus";
third to state the paragraph in the following edition:
"coordination of activities in the field of creation and development of networks of telecommunication, identification of violations of procedure and conditions of accession of networks of telecommunication to network of telecommunication public, including ERSPD, procedure for their interaction and traffic transmission;";
