Bring in article 6 of the Federal Law of May 19, 1995 No. 80-FZ "About perpetuating of the Victory of the Soviet people in the Great Patriotic War of 1941 - 1945" (The Russian Federation Code, 1995, No. 21, Art. 1928; 2014, No. 45, Art. 6142) following changes:
