About modification of the Budget code of Ukraine concerning implementation of mid-term planning of development and content of highways

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

I. Bring in the Budget code of Ukraine (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2010, Art. No. 50-51, 572) the following changes:

1. To add part one of Article 2 with Item 47-1 of the following content:

"47-1) medium-term liability according to standard agreements on construction, reconstruction, repair and content of highways - obligations according to the signed agreements (contracts) in the directions of use of means determined by Items 1 and 2 of part three of Article 24-2 of this Code according to which it is necessary to make payments during the current budget period and/or the medium-term period within the corresponding budget settings established by the law on the Government budget of Ukraine and amount of means of the state road fund (in the following directions) determined by the Budget declaration and/or program documents of economic and social development".

2. 7 parts nine of Article 33 to add Item with words and figures "amount of means of the state road fund (in the directions determined by part three of Article 24-2 of this Code)".

3. In Article 48:

Paragraph one of part one to state 1) in the following edition:

"1. Managers of budgetary funds undertake budgetary obligations and make payments only within the budgetary appropriations established by estimates, considering need of accomplishment of budget obligations of the last years, long-term obligations on power service registered by bodies of Treasury of Ukraine; medium-term liabilities according to standard agreements on construction, reconstruction, repair and content of highways; concerning tasks (projects) of the National program of informatization - after their approval of the General state customer of the National program of informatization";
