About modification of some orders of the Government

The government DECIDES:

1. In the Charter of public organization "Agency of Electronic Control" approved by the Order of the Government No. 760/2010 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2010, Art. No. 150-152, 832), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes:

Item 28 to state 1) in the following edition:

"28. Executive activities of the Agency are performed under the leadership of the director who is appointed to position and is dismissed by the founder. The director is helped by the deputy director who is appointed to position and is dismissed by the director, after approval of the founder.";

Item 33 to declare 2) invalid.

2. In the Order of the Government No. 314/2017 about creation of the Agency of the state services (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2017, Art. No. 162-170, 396), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes:

Item 2 of the resolution to state 1) in the following edition:

"2. The state office to perform on behalf of the Government function of the founder of public institution "The agency of the state services.";

2) in appendix No. 1:

a) 3) of Item 12 to declare the subitem invalid;

b) state Item 25 in the following edition:

"25. Executive activities of the Agency are performed under the leadership of the director appointed to position and dismissed by the founder. The director is helped by two deputy directors who are appointed to position and are dismissed by the director, after approval of the founder.";

c) Items 26, 281 and 29 to recognize invalid;

d) state Item 28 in the following edition:

"28. In the absence of the director its duties are fulfilled by one of his deputies, according to the order issued by the director."
