About introduction of amendments to the Law of Ukraine "About local elections" concerning settlement of the procedure of decision making of batch about participation of its local organizations in local elections
The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:
1. Bring in the Law of Ukraine "About local elections" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2015, No. 37-38, of Art. 366; 2016, No. 2, Art. 17; 2017, No. 13, Art. 144) following changes:
1) in Article 36:
state part one in the following edition:
"1. Promotion of candidates and to position of the rural, settlement, city chairman, head the local organization of batch happens based on this Law, the charter of political party according to the decision of the supreme governing body of batch on participation of its local organizations in the corresponding elections or according to the decision of the governing body of batch on participation of its local organizations in the corresponding early, repeated, intermediate, additional, first elections accepted later the beginnings of the electoral process of the corresponding elections. In case of adoption by political party of the decision on participation of its local organizations in elections of deputies of the Verkhovna Rada of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, regional, district, city, district councils in the cities, elections of city chairmen in such decision are also specified the name of the central governing body of batch which will approve decisions of meetings (conference) of the local organization of batch on promotion of candidates, the candidate for position of the city chairman from the local organization of batch according to item 4 of part one of Article 38 and item 4 of part one of article 40 of this Law, and also surname, own name (all own names) and middle name (in the presence) of heads of batch, representatives to certify the signature copies of decisions of meeting (conference) of the local organization of batch on promotion of candidates, the candidate for position of the city chairman from the local organization of batch according to item 4 of part one of Article 38 and item 4 of part one of article 40 of this Law.
