About introduction of amendments to the Law of Ukraine "About the status of the People's Deputy of Ukraine" and Regulations of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine concerning compensation termination to the People's Deputy of Ukraine of the costs connected with accomplishment of deputy powers in case of the omission without valid excuse the plenary sessions of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine or committee meetings of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

1. Make changes to such laws of Ukraine:

1) part the fifth article 33 of the Law of Ukraine "About the status of the People's Deputy of Ukraine" (2001, No. 42, the Art. 212) to add sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine with the paragraph the second such content:

"If the People's Deputy during calendar month during one regular session of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine without valid excuse does not take personal part in more than 30 percent of votes in case of decision making of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine at the plenary sessions of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine or in more than 50 percent of committee meetings of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine in which structure he is elected, the expenses connected with accomplishment of deputy powers for the corresponding calendar month are not refunded to such People's Deputy. Compensation termination to the deputy of the expenses connected with execution of deputy powers is performed according to the order of the Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine which is issued based on the decision of committee within which competence questions of deputy ethics which is accepted on the basis of the information on accounting of working hours of People's Deputies provided by the Office of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine are";

2) parts the first and fourth Article 26 of the Regulations of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine approved by the Law of Ukraine "About Regulations of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2010, No. No. 14-17, of Art. 133; 2014, No. 9, to the Art. 92) to state in the following edition:
