About the size of fees on some types of obligatory national social insurance
This Law is directed to introduction of the Law of Ukraine "About obligatory national social insurance in connection with the temporary disability and expenses caused by burial" and the Law of Ukraine "About obligatory national social insurance on unemployment case" by determination of the sizes of fees in funds for these types of insurance and modification of separate legal acts for the purpose of their reduction in compliance with regulations of the above-stated laws.
Article 1. Establish the sizes of fees on obligatory national social insurance:
1) in connection with the temporary disability and expenses caused by burial:
for employers - 1, percent of the amount of actual expenses on compensation of hired employees which include expenses on payment of the main and additional salary other incentive and compensation payments, including in natural form which are determined according to the regulatory legal acts adopted according to the Law of Ukraine "About compensation" and are subject to the taxation from the income of physical persons;
