1. In the Regulations on procedure for appointment and payment of monetary compensations instead of free sanatorium permits to persons with limited opportunities owing to war approved by the Order of the Government No. 868 of July 28, 2004. (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2004, Art. No. 138-146, 1067), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes:
1) Item 1 after the text "parts (" to add 1) with the text "and parts (2)";

Persons with limited opportunities owing to war, according to Item g) parts (1) article 15 of the Law No. 190/2003 on veterans, and also the military personnel, face of the private and the commanding structure of law-enforcement bodies, penal system and the staff of the state security agencies who received restriction of opportunities owing to wound, contusions, mutilations or diseases got on duty according to part (2) the same Article, have the right to free sanatorium treatment in the rehabilitation centers of the Ministry of Health, work and social protection and in other organizations of this kind or, for choice, on provision instead of sanatorium permits of in a row monetary compensation which will be established, since date of publication of this provision every two years once a year.";
