The government of the Republic of Kazakhstan DECIDES:
1. Bring the following changes and amendments in some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan:
1) in the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of February 7, 2008 No. 116 "About approval of Rules of appointment, payment and the sizes of the state grants by the student in the organizations of education" (SAPP of the Republic of Kazakhstan, 2008, No. 7, the Art. 67):
in Rules of appointment, payment and the sizes of the state grants to students in the organizations of education approved by the specified resolution:
and 5 to state items 4 in the following edition:
"4. The state grant is appointed to the students, interns, undergraduates studying according to the state educational order, and also transferred to training in the state educational order, who received the equivalent of estimates corresponding to estimates by results of intermediate certification (examinations) it is "excellent", "good".
The state grant is paid monthly from the first following intermediate certification (examinations) and vacation, inclusive until the end of month in which the academic period, intermediate certification and vacation come to an end. To students within the first direction of the State program of development of productive employment and mass entrepreneurship for 2017 - 2021 of Enbek approved by the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of November 13, 2018 No. 746, grant it is paid irrespective of results of intermediate certification (examinations).
