1. Recognize invalid decrees and separate provisions of presidential decrees of the Republic of Belarus according to appendix.
2. To state bodies, authorized to adopt regulatory legal acts, except for the acts provided in part two of this Item till July 1, 2017 to recognize invalid regulatory legal acts (their structural elements) which contradict the adopted (published) late regulatory legal acts of the same or bigger legal force or are absorbed by them, or actually lost the value.
To the national center of the legislation and legal researches together with the interested state bodies (organizations) till January 1, 2017 to prepare and in accordance with the established procedure to introduce in Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus offers on recognition voided the laws of the Republic of Belarus, resolutions of the Supreme Council of the Republic of Belarus, decrees and resolutions of Presidium of the Supreme Council of the Republic of Belarus (their structural elements) which actually lost the value.
To Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus in three-months time to bring the regulatory legal acts into accord with this Decree and to take other measures for its realization.
3. To impose control over the implementation of this Decree on Administration of the President of the Republic of Belarus.
4. This Decree becomes effective since January 24, 2016.
