1. Bring in the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About questions of the State committee of information technologies and communication of the Kyrgyz Republic" of July 15, 2016 No. 402 the following changes:
1) in Regulations on the State committee of information technologies and communication of the Kyrgyz Republic approved by the above-stated resolution:
- paragraphs the eighteenth, twenty fourth Item 11 and the paragraph twenty third Item 15 to recognize invalid;
2) in Regulations on the State communication agency under the State committee of information technologies and communication of the Kyrgyz Republic approved by the above-stated resolution:
- the fourteenth Item 8 to state the paragraph in the following edition:
"-consider cases on violations according to the Code of the Kyrgyz Republic about violations;".
2. This resolution becomes effective after fifteen days from the date of official publication.
