About transfer of share in the authorized capital of commercial society, modification and recognition voided some orders of the Government
Based on Item е) article 11 of the Law No. 179/2008 on public and private partnership (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2008, Art. No. 165-166, 605), with subsequent changes, Item d) parts (3) Article 7 and Item c) parts (4) article 14 of the Law No. 121/2007 on management of public property and its privatization (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2007, Art. No. 90-93, 401), with subsequent changes, DECIDES: the Government
1. Delegate the powers of the state partner established by the agreement of public and private partnership for designing and construction of the polyvalent arena of national value from the Ministry of Education, culture and researches to the Ministry of Economy and Infrastructure.
2. To the Ministry of Economy and Infrastructure within 5 working days from the effective date of this resolution to inform the private partner on delegation of power of the state partner according to Item 1 provisions.
3. Donate from management of the Ministry of Education, culture and researches in management of the Agency of public property subordinated to the Ministry of Economy and Infrastructure, share in the authorized capital of Arena Nationala LLC (IDNO 1018600026006) in the amount of 100% for the leu 621281651,0 amount.
4. To the Ministry of Education, culture and researches from the effective date of this resolution to transfer to 30-day time to the Agency of public property share in the authorized capital of Arena Nationala LLC according to requirements of the Regulations on procedure for transfer of objects of public property approved by the Order of the Government No. 901/2015.
