Approve the enclosed changes which are made to the Rules of provision of subsidies from the federal budget to the organizations of air transport for the purpose of ensuring availability of airborne transportations to the population approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of March 2, 2018 No. 215 "About approval of Rules of provision of subsidies from the federal budget to the organizations of air transport for the purpose of ensuring availability of airborne transportations to the population and about recognition voided some acts of the Government of the Russian Federation" (The Russian Federation Code, 2018, No. 11, Art. 1630; No. 26, Art. 3854; No. 48, Art. 7414).

Changes which are made to Rules of provision of subsidies from the federal budget to the organizations of air transport for the purpose of ensuring availability of airborne transportations to the population

1. Adds Item 2 with words "for the purpose of implementation of actions of the direction (subprogramme) "Civil aviation and aeronautical servicing of" the state program of the Russian Federation "Development of transport system", approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of December 20, 2017 No. 1596 "About approval of the state program of the Russian Federation "Development of transport system".

9. Add with Item 29 of the following content:

"29. Achievement of air transport by all organizations with which agreements, the number of actually transported passengers of at least 724 thousand a year are signed is result of provision of subsidy.

The indicator necessary for achievement of the specified result which value is established in the agreement is the number of the passengers who are actually transported by the organization of air transport in year.

The report on achievement of the indicator necessary for achievement of result of provision of subsidy is submitted the organization of air transport in Federal Air Transport Agency no later than December 15th in the form provided by appendix No. 5.

The result of provision of subsidy is determined by Federal Air Transport Agency based on reports on achievement of the indicators necessary for achievement of the specified result.".

10. Appendix No. 1 to the specified Rules to state in the following edition:
